In a world where crises accelerated, two nurses, Guillaume Bechecloux and Jérémy Labouré, began an extraordinary quest. Inspired by the resilience of children in remission of cancer, they venture beyond the Arctic polar circle to meet the Sami, a northern Aboriginal people. Faced with climate change, the Sami embody a rare ability to adapt, preserving their ancestral culture while resisting its erasure.
This journey becomes a powerful metaphor, where the links between two previously distant universes reveal a common truth: that of resilience to uncertainty. By following these cross trajectories, the documentary questions our relationship to living, to transmission and to how we build ourselves, individually and collectively, in a world in profound change.
